什麼是鹹湯圓?
冬至吃湯圓是自古流傳的習俗,在冬至這天來一碗熱呼呼的湯圓,溫暖又滿足,象徵團圓、圓滿,也有吃湯圓添歲的說法。湯圓主要糯米製成,傳統的湯圓有紅、白兩色,沒有包餡,象徵陰陽交接;而包了甜餡料的湯圓,稱為「圓仔母」,內餡通常為芝麻餡、花生餡、紅豆餡等;而鹹湯圓(又稱鹹圓仔)則是包了肉類、蔬菜、油蔥酥等調味料,煮鹹湯圓的湯底也是加入的蔬菜、香菇、芹菜、香菜、胡椒等,就是一碗豐盛美味的料理。
