HM-688 is a steamed bun machine for forming both steamed bun, mantou, gua bao and stuffed buns. First, the dough will be rolled into wrapping sheet by automatic dough sheeter. Then, the wrapper will be put on the dough conveyor of HM-688 for further production. The dough will be rolled into appropriate thickness, and then wrapping up the filling extruded on the wrapper by a rolling pin. A mantou will be cut by a guillotine cutter into a small loaf or formed into a ball by an encrusting unit. On the other hand, a stuffed bun will be encrusted by a bun shutter. The same approach can be applied to fermented dough products, such as bread, roll and bun. The feature of rolling and wrapping method is that it could preserve the elasticity of leavened dough, preserving the handmade texture.
