HM-668 is a rolling and stuffing machine for Chinese steamed meat bun forming. First, the dough had to be rolled into wrapping sheet by automatic dough sheeter. Then, the wrapper will be put on the dough conveyor of HM-668 for further production. The dough will be rolled into appropriate thickness and then wrapping up the filling extruded on the wrapper by a rolling pin. Cut by a guillotine cutter or an encrusting unit, the roll will be formed into steamed buns or steamed breads. The advantage of this roll forming method is that it could preserve the elasticity of the dough, preserving the handmade texture.
