Kevin Cai, CEO of Hundred Machinery, Awarded Outstanding Food Entrepreneur
The Taiwan Society of Food Science and Technology recently held its 50th anniversary conference. Vice President Lai Qingde presented the “Taiwan Food Industry Special Contribution Award” and “Outstanding Food Entrepreneur Award”. Cai, CEO of Hundred Machinery, created a new milestone in the industrial food automation food stuffing machine with the five-star service and the Dream Team, and was awarded the Outstanding Food Entrepreneur Award.
Vice President Lai Qingde said that population of Taiwan’s food industry is considerable, which is important to Taiwan’s economic development, and future development faces various challenges. Food is vital for daily life. With the advancement of technology and medical treatment, the demand for food had developed from quantity to quality. People want foods to be not only tasty but also healthy and safe. These are the challenges and requests from the society and consumers.
Song Guangfu, Chairman of Chi Mei Foods, Luo Zhixian, Chairman of Uni-President Group, Chen Jingren, President of Nice Group, Chen Feilong, Chairman of Nanqiao Group, Cai Yanming of Want Want Group and Xu Chongren, who is known as the godfather of circulation, and Zhou Zhengxun, chairman of the Taipei Bakery Association, had all received the “Outstanding Food Entrepreneur Award”.

HM has been has been in the field of automatic stuffing and forming equipment for more than 20 years. With the experience of disassembly and assembly of the encrusting machine, HM continued to improve and to meet the market demand. The self-developed automatic stuffing and forming machine has not only won the National Creation Invention Award, but also led the transformation of the domestic baking industry towards automation.
