About Four-color Mochi
Four-color mochi is a crystal mochi of multiple colors. Unlike the traditional mochi, a crystal mochi is made of tapioca powder and lotus root powder. Featuring crystal-clear skin and jelly-like texture, crystal mochi reveals the fillings inside. A four-color mochi is made of four different mochi skin. With special extruding nozzle, it can combine different material to form mochi of multiple colors.
