Leberknodel

Leberknodel is a traditional dish in Germany, Austria and Czech, it’s the mixture of cow liver and beef formed in ball shape and cook by boiled water, some people add some celery, bread crumbs or eggs. Leberknodel usually be served in shallow plate topped with sauce in Bavaria and Austria, or served with sauerkraut and mashed potato in Palatinate Germany.
